Our client currently has a permanent position available within their Customer Services Servicing and Cash Team. This role requires the successful applicant to deliver superior customer service to future and existing customers and brokers who contact the call centre. This will involve reviewing customer withdrawal and surrender requests, contacting financial advisers and processing customer payment requests. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience within the financial services, excellent written and verbal communication, proven customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to work well within a very busy team environment.
