Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their busy team. The main responsibilities for this position will be to work proactively in providing a service to customers that is second to none, building strong and sustainable relationships with their diverse customer base and having the ability to build genuine rapport by telephone, coupled with the ability to follow policies & procedures while conducting natural, evolving and engaging conversations. The successful candidate will need experience in a customer service based role and experience within banking is desirable but not required.
