The main responsibilities for this position will be to effectively deliver a direct service to clients and IFAs by the processing of telephone calls and email requests within specified servicing times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Financial Services and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook.
