Our client is currently seeking a HR & Business Support Manager to join their busy team. The main responsibilities for this position will be to manage the day-to-day HR function by providing practical, consistent and proactive support, direction and advice on HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment and staffing, performance management, pay and benefits, training and best practice HR management. In addition, to provide business support to the Board, Managing Director and Senior Management Team, as required. The successful candidate will need a Minimum of 3 years’ generalist HR management experience, CIPD or equivalent qualification and thorough & up-to-date knowledge of IOM employment legislation.
