Our client is currently seeking an OBEST Analyst. The main responsibilities for this position are to deal with all telephone & email referrals and escalations in relations to payment and related processing, to demonstrate exceptional customer service, whilst maintaining the necessary level of accuracy to ensure delivery against deadlines and be responsible for supporting with the carrying out the various tasks within the team. The successful candidate will need experience within the financial services industry, preferably in operations, have an excellent understanding of day to day client needs across a diverse range of delivery channels and be a strong negotiator with influencing skills to ensure the best service possible is provided to clients.
