Our client is currently seeking a Senior Administrator – Investment Control & Change. The main responsibilities for this position will be to deal with all incoming customer enquiries into the Investment Department to ensure that these are resolved in line with both the Customer Service Charter & the Internal Service Standards. As well as to maintain and control Quality Assurance processes within Investments. Such as monitoring & triggering regular procedural reviews and collating data and reports for company review. The successful candidate will need previous experience in an investment control & change role and previous life assurance experience is desirable but not required.
