Our client is currently seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team on a fixed term 12 month contract. The main responsibilities for this position will be ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to existing customers who contact us by various channels and proactively acting on behalf of the business to ensure an excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will have the desire to provide excellent customer service, be motivated, dedicated and have brilliant communication skills.
