Our client is currently seeking a Senior Customer Services Administrator in the Premiums team. The main responsibilities for this will be allocating incoming premium payments to policies, ensuring that all incoming payments have the appropriate documentation to meet regulatory & internal requirements and investigation & resolution of payment queries. The successful candidate will need a minimum of 5 years financial services experience, strong communication and organisational skills and a detailed understanding of the Insurance (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations 2008 & knowledge of Customer Due Diligence.
